La Belle was a client label for two companies. The first was Columbia from about 1920 to 1921, which simply involved surplus records from their main catalog with La Belle's label pasted over. These have "A.L." in front of the catalog numbers. Second period discs were pressed by Olympic Records until 1923 with La Belle's black label of identical design natively attached. At first these had their own catalog numbers in the 300s to 400s but later duplicated Olympic's.
