Domino was a Plaza Music Company label that was introduced in 1924 for 35¢ (versus Banner's 50¢) and pressed in reddish-brown shellac until late 1927 in favor of black. Exclusive recording for Domino was a very short-lived affair before it shared material with the other Plaza labels. The American Record Corporation, formed in 1929, dropped Domino in 1930 but revived it briefly in 1932 with a different colored label for John Gable & Company.
